Bylaws Section 2.07a: Termination for Nonpayment of Dues. The membership, and all rights as a member within the Society, will be terminated if a member fails to pay his or her dues within a sixty (60) days period starting from the first day of the new calendar year. The expired membership may be reinstated, subject to approval by the Board of Directors, without reapplying for membership if full payment for the calendar year is received within a six (6) month period from the first day of the calendar year. Payment of delinquent dues will not entitle the person to any rights of membership that occurred during the period that dues had not been received. After six (6) months a person will not be reinstated but may apply for membership as set forth in Section 2.02 of the Western Cover Society Bylaws.
