ReprintsJ. W. Scott in his lost of W. Franks Am. Jan of Phil. Ap. 1889 does not mention this type printed Blue. In fact Scott does not know the frank printed blue. As C. W. Lowler of San Franc. had the die it is more than likely that he mfg. the blue Type V
