3¢ 1861 – Cancelled “Salt Lake City” and target in black. Dated March 14, ’64.

The word “Free” is written in manuscript. Also, in black – “Bannack City Express” cancellation in a half-circle.

In addition this cover bears in an oval cancellation about 1-1/2″ long, the following –

“A. J. Oliver and Co.’s Bannock and Salt Lake City Express”.

Below is a small oblong cancellation in a single line frame wih rounded corners which reads –

“L. U. Brown, Agent, G.S.L. City”.
